TRAFFIC STOP

On 10/02/2021, at approximately 1500 hours, an officer attempted a traffic stop in the area of 17th Ave. and Main St. The male driver actively eluded the officer, while driving recklessly. A warrant is being drafted for the suspect.

DUI 

On October 3, 2021, officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 17th Ave. and Main St. An adult male was arrested for driving under the influence and the case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG 

A Longmont woman was bitten by a dog on the path in the area of the 2300 block of Santa Fe Drive. The dog owner was warned and the dog placed on a home quarantine.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 10/03/2021, Longmont Police took a report of a suspect entering an unlocked vehicle at a residence in the 600 block of Goss Dr. Police collected the available information and a report was taken.

THEFT

On October 3, 2021, Longmont officers investigated a theft that occurred in the 300 block of 21st Avenue. An adult male took a toolbox and tools from a garage he had been staying in. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On October 3, 2021, around 1700 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Martin St. on report of a stolen vehicle. A report was taken.

CHILD 

On October 3, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of Tuscon Way on a lost child. The child was later located by officers and transported to the hospital on a mental health hold.

SEX ASSAULT

On October 2, 2021, Longmont Officers were assigned an investigation regarding a sexual assault. The case is ongoing.

SEX ASSAULT

On October 2, 2021, Longmont Police took a report of a sexual assault in the 900 block of Marmot Ct. This case is open and forwarded to detectives for additional investigation. 

ASSAULT

On 10/2/2021, Longmont police took a report of an assault that occurred in the 4000 block of Redmond Dr.

DRUNK 

On October 2, 2021, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Meadow Dr on a report of a suspicious female. An adult female was contacted, case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Saturday, October 2, 2021, Longmont Police was dispatched to the area of the 10 block of Cedar Court for a domestic in progress. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody without incident for violation of a protection order. Cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On October 3, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to a theft in the 2200 block of Main Street. There are no suspects at this time.

SHOPLIFT

On October 3, 2021, Longmont Police were called to the 2500 block of Main St. on the report of a shoplift. An adult male was given a summons.

MITTIMUS ARREST

On Saturday, October 2, 2021, Longmont Police responded to a medical assist in the 200 block of Main St. An adult male was later arrested.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, 10/02/2021, officers were dispatched to the report of a domestic dispute. Officers took a report and the claims were found to be unfounded. No arrests made.
