AUTO THEFT 

A resident on Sept. 10 reported a motor vehicle theft in the 500 block of Martin Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

HARASSMENT 

On Sept. 8, police investigated a possible protection order violation in the 1600 block of Green Place. A 57-year-old woman reported a protection order violation. This case is unfounded.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE 

On Sept. 9, a Longmont resident was taken into custody in the 1500 block of Mt. Evans Drive for an outstanding escape warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY 

On Sept. 10 at approximately 0929 hours, police investigated a burglary in the 100 block of St. Clair Avenue. A suspect was located and he was subsequently arrested without incident on burglary charges and an outstanding warrant.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 10 at about 1042 hours, officers got a call regarding a domestic dispute between a 42-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman in the 1400 block of Dry Creek Drive.

HARASSMENT 

On Aug. 24, police took a complaint of several suspicious phone calls. This case was accidentally not transferred to the records system until Sept. 10. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 10, police responded to the 1400 block of Stuart Street in reference to a disturbance. A 15-year-old boy was taken to Longmont United Hospital and placed on a mental health hold.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

A Boulder resident on Sept. 10 reported a theft in the 1900 block of Mountain View Avenue. There are no investigative leads.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Sept. 10, police took a report of a possible restraining order violation in the 200 block of Judson Street. 

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT 

On Sept. 9, police responded to a hit-and-run accident in the 1600 block of Ervine Drive. A 35-year-old man was later contacted and issued a summons related to the incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 9, officers responded to the 2600 block of Danbury Drive in reference to a domestic incident. 

SHOPLIFT 

On Sept. 9 at approximately 2214 hours, police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard for a shoplifting in progress. A man had stolen some food items and left the area. The man was not located and the case is closed.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT 

On Sept. 9, officers responded to a DUI accident in the 1600 block of Mt. Evans Drive. A 19-year-old man was arrested.

DRUG VIOLATION 

On Sept. 9 at approximately 2317 hours, officers conducted a traffic stop on Sunset Circle. The suspects, a man and a woman, were arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 10, police responded to the 1900 block of Collyer Street in reference to a disturbance. A 45-year-old woman and 46-year-old man were contacted. No crimes appear to have been committed. 

FRAUD 

On Sept. 10, a report was taken in reference to a theft that occurred in the 400 block of Coffman Street. The case is under investigation.

FRAUD 

The credit card number of a Longmont resident was used in November 2019 to charge $2,995 to UPS. Suspect(s) are unknown and the case is closed.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

An employee on Sept. 10 reported a theft from a company in the 100 block of South Pratt Parkway. There are no investigative leads.

VICIOUS DOG 

A puppy was returned to a Humane Society after biting its owner. The puppy was placed on quarantine at the Humane Society.

WELFARE CHECK 

On Sept. 10 at approximately 1252 hours, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Collyer Street on the report of a woman who was crying and speaking in a foreign language. It was determined the woman was having a mental health crisis and was taken into protective custody and transported to a local facility for further evaluation.

SHOPLIFT 

On Sept. 10, a theft was reported in the 2200 block of Main Street. The suspect is unknown.
