CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

A resident on Sept. 24 reported criminal tampering in the 600 block of Independence Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DEATH 

On Sept. 23 police investigated an unattended death in the 2000 block of Sunset Way. 

AUTO THEFT 

On Sept. 24 a report was taken in reference to an aggravated motor vehicle theft that occurred in the 3200 block of Lake Park Way. The suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 24 a man was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was released on bond.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT 

Police on Sept. 23 observed a motorcycle driving erratically in the 100 block of Main Street. The case has been referred to the traffic unit for follow-up.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 24 at approximately 1448 hours, police were dispatched to the 1000 block of 19th Avenue. A man was arrested on a warrant.

ASSAULT 

On Sept. 22 at 1117 hours, officers responded to the 200 block of South Main Street on a report of an assault. A woman gave conflicting statements and there were no witnesses to the incident. The woman, who had existing injuries from an assault earlier in the week, was transported to a local hospital.

DEATH 

On Sept. 23 police investigated an unattended death in the 2200 block of Pratt Street. 

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Sept. 23 officers contacted a woman about an attempted entry into her apartment. Surveillance footage will be reviewed in an attempt to identify the male suspect.

SHOPLIFT 

On Sept. 23 at approximately 2020 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street on a shoplifting report. A man was issued a summons for theft. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER 

On Sept. 23 police investigated a protection order violation in the 1000 block of Corey Street. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 23 officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Martin Street on a domestic disturbance. All parties involved were contacted and the case is closed.

MENACING 

On Sept. 23 at 2305 hours, police responded to the 3800 block of Pike Road in reference to a disturbance. A 38-year-old man was arrested without incident. This case is cleared by arrest.

LOST PROPERTY 

On Sept. 24 police took a report of a lost property and possible theft in the 1700 block of Antero Drive. 

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 24 police placed a female on a mental health hold. 

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 24 at about 2008 hours, police were dispatched to the 800 block of Meeker Street on a report of a domestic disturbance.
