DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 4 around 2330 hours, officers responded to a disturbance in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. Multiple injured parties were contacted and a report was filed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 5, police responded to the 2500 block of Sunset Drive in reference to a domestic incident. A 26-year-old man was arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 5, officers responded to the 200 block of Airport Road in reference to trespassing. Officers contacted a woman in the area and later learned she has multiple active warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident.

DUI 

On Sept. 5 at approximately 1200 hours, the police responded to a single-vehicle crash at East 17th Avenue and Heirloom Way. A woman was arrested on DUI and traffic charges without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT 

On Sept. 5, police conducted follow-up in reference to a porch theft that occurred in the 1500 block of Pratt Street. Police collected the available information and the suspect has been identified.

WELFARE CHECK 

On Sept. 5, police responded to the 3500 block of Columbia Drive on a report of a man who was having a mental health crisis. The man was contacted and later placed into protective custody. He was transported to a nearby hospital and placed on a mental health hold.

FRAUD 

On Sept. 5, police took a report of a theft in the 700 block of James Street. 

SEX ASSAULT 

On Sept. 5, police took a report of an assault in the 1400 block of Hilltop Drive. This case is open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 5, police responded to the 1400 block of South Collyer Street in reference to a disturbance. A man and woman were involved in a domestic incident. An arrest warrant is being obtained for the man.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 5, officers responded to the 1200 block of Tulip Street on a report of a suspicious incident. A man was found to have three warrants for his arrest and was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DISTURBANCE 

On Sept. 5 at about 2230 hours, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Crisman Drive on a report of a disturbance. Two individuals were contacted. One was taken to the Boulder County Jail for unrelated charges.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

On July 8, officers responded to the 2200 block of Spindrift Drive on a report of an arson. Officers located a small grass fire and it was extinguished by fire personnel. There are no suspect leads.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 4 at approximately 1003 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of County Line Road and East Ken Pratt Boulevard.

WARRANT ARREST 

On Sept. 5, officers responded to the 1700 block of Main Street in reference to a disturbance. A man was contacted in the area and later taken into custody without incident.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS 

On Sept. 4, officers responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a report of a vehicle break-in. Officers collected evidence and took a report.

MENACING 

On Sept. 5, officers responded to the 00 block of East Ninth Avenue on a report of a menacing. No suspects could be located at the scene and there are no leads.

LIQUOR LAW 

On Sept. 5, police investigated a liquor violation in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. A business was provided with a warning and education on compliance. Case closed.

VICIOUS DOG 

A woman on Sept. 5 was bit by a puppy she was fostering. The puppy was placed on quarantine.

THEFT 

On Sept. 5, officers took a report of a theft of a bicycle in the 600 block of Longs Peak Avenue. There are no suspects at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT 

On Sept. 5, officers responded to the 1200 block of Tulip Street on a domestic violence call. A woman was taken into custody.

WELFARE CHECK 

On Sept. 5 around 1620 hours, police responded to the 1300 block of Longs Peak Avenue for a welfare check on a man. The man was taken to the hospital on a mental health hold.

VICIOUS DOG 

A dog was injured by another dog on Sept. 5 at an apartment complex. The owners of both dogs were contacted, no charges.
