A Niwot resident reported theft in the 300 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On September 8, 2021 Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Pace St on a domestic disturbance. An adult female was contacted and a warrant is being drafted for an adult male.
WARRANT ARREST
On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at approximately 0650 hours, officers responded to the 400 block of Vivian St. This was in response to a domestic disturbance.
BURGLARY
On 09082021 around 1430 hours officers responded by phone to a cold burglary in the area of the 2000 block of Sunset Way. A report was filed.
THEFT
On Wednesday, 9/8/21, a report was taken in the 2000 block of Pratt St. reference theft of an at-risk adult. The suspects are unknown.
AUTO THEFT
On 09/08/2021, Longmont officers took a report of an auto theft in the 900 block of Pasque Dr.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On September 05, 2021, at approximately 1527 hrs Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Cherrywood Dr on the report of a disturbance.
SHOPLIFT
On September 7, 2021 Longmont officers contacted an adult male after he stole and ate an ice cream cupcake from a business in the 60 block of Main Street. The male was given a warning as the business didn't want to prosecute.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On Tuesday 090721 at approximately 1550 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a hit and run crash in the area of 21st Avenue and Main Street. The vehicle subsequently eluded police as well. The suspect turned himself in on 090821 and was arrested without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
DEATH
On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, officers responded to the 1400 block of Kay St for a welfare check. A male party was found deceased in the residence. There is nothing suspicious found for the cause of death. An investigation was conducted and report was generated.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 9/8/21, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of 18th Ave in reference to a domestic disturbance. A report was taken.
VICIOUS DOG
Two dogs got into a fight along the fence at the corner of Westlake Court and Horizon Parkway. One dog was taken to the vet for injures.
VICIOUS DOG
A Longmont juvenile was bitten by the family dog in the 1700 block of Dorothy Circle. The dog was placed on home quarantine.
MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW
On 090821, officers responded to an outside agency assist in the 1400 block of 17th Ave. An adult male was given Narcan for an apparent opiate overdose. A report was taken.
HARASSMENT
On Wednesday, 9/8/21, Longmont Police took a report of a phone harassment. The case was investigated with no workable leads.
MISSING PERSON
On 09/08/2021 LPD responded to the 1600 block of Airport Rd, reference a missing juvenile. The juvenile was located at their residence.
AUTO THEFT
On September 8, 2021 Longmont officers took a report of an attempted Auto Theft that occurred in the 1400 block of Main Street. The vehicle was not taken but there was damage consistent with an attempt to steal it. No suspects were identified in this case.
PROTECTION ORDER
On September 8th, 2021, Officers responded to the 0000 block of Emery way on reports of a protection order violation. A report was taken.
DISTURBANCE
On September 8, 2021, the Longmont Police Department investigated a physical disturbance that took place in the 1000 block of Button Rock Drive. This case is open.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, officers responded to the 1300 block of Third Ave for an outside agency assist. An investigation was conducted and a report was generated.
MENACING
On September 8, 2021, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 block of Main Street on a menacing with a screwdriver. The suspect fled the scene but was identified by officers. A warrant for the arrest of the suspect is pending.
DUI
On Wednesday, September 8, 2021 officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Blvd/Nelson Rd on a report of a drunk driver. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody. Cleared by arrest.
