SHOOTING

On Saturday, September 4, 2021, officers responded to Longmont United Hospital for a shooting. An investigation was conducted and the case is open. There are no known current suspects.

VICIOUS DOG

An Amazon delivery driver was bitten by a dog in the 1600 block of Hummingbird Circle. The dog has been placed on quarantine.

THEFT 

On 09/04/2021, at approximately 1323 hours, officers were dispatched to the theft in progress in the 2500 block of Main St. An adult female was contacted an arrested for outstanding warrants and issued s summons for theft.

DUI 

On September 4, 2021, officers responded to the 800 block of Coffman Street reference a REDDI Report (Report Every Drunk Driver Immediately). One adult male was contacted and arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

CHILD

On Saturday 09/04/2021, officers were dispatched to the report of a possible disturbance at the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. A report was taken.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, 09-03-21, Longmont Police investigated a possible cyber crime that was domestic violence related.

TRESPASS

On Friday, September 3, 2021, officers responded to the 1500 block of Main St. on a trespass. An adult male was issued a warning.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee of a North Carolina based company reported damage to a CONEX box they have stationed in the 300 block of 11th Avenue in Longmont, CO. There are no investigative leads at this time.

FRAUD

A resident of Baja California, Mexico reported her credit card number was compromised and used to make several purchases at a business in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard in Longmont, CO. The case remains open pending additional investigation. 

TRESPASS

On September 4, 2021, Longmont officers were dispatched to a trespassing report from the 1900 block of Main St. An adult female was contacted. The case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On September 4, 2021, around 1430 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 200 block of E. Longs Peak Ave., Longmont, CO 80501 on report of a disturbance. A report was taken.

THEFT

On Saturday, September 4, 2021, a Longmont Police Officer took a report of a cold rear license plate theft which was stolen from the 2400 block of Atwood St. No suspects have been identified at this time. A report was taken.

AUTO THEFT

On Saturday, September 4, 2021, Longmont Police officers received a report of motor vehicle theft in the 1200 block of Hover St.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 2030 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 200 block E. Mountain View Ave. in reference to juveniles on the roof of a school. Two juveniles were contacted and referred to Community Restorative Justice.
