AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported auto theft in the 2200 block of Collyer Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

FRAUD

An employee of a Longmont business reported fraud and theft in the 500 block of Main Street. This case is open.

ROBBERY

The Longmont Police Department investigated a robbery at Walmart on Main St. Cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, at approximately 1100 hours, officers took a report of a stalking incident from the 2100 block of Sunset Dr. A report was taken with a lack of prosecution.

THEFT

On Thursday, 09/09/21, a Longmont, CO resident reported a theft in the 200 block of Main St. There are no investigative leads.

DRUG VIOLATION 

On 09/09/2021, an anonymous report was made about a juvenile possessing marijuana. A referral to community services was given to the juvenile for the possession. Case cleared.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 09/09/2021, at about 1025 hours, some narcotics were discovered in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. Case is open.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont boy was bit by the family dog, the dog was placed on quarantine at home.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, officers were contacted by an adult female regarding harassing text messages she was receiving from her ex-boyfriend. The incident is under investigation for possible charging.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, at approximately 1009 hours Longmont Police assisted Boulder County Sheriff's Department with a death investigation in the area of E. Ken Pratt Bl.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday, 9/9/21, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 500 block of S. Hover St. The incident is under investigation.

ROBBERY

Officers took a report of a cold robbery that took place in the area of Lois Place and Collyer St. An adult male was cleaning his vehicle when an unknown adult female approached him from behind and put a knife to his torso demanding cigarettes and money. After not getting either, the female took the male's car keys but the male was able to get them back after he distracted her by acting like someone was behind her. The adult female has not been identified.

BURGLARY

On September 9, 2021, around 1900 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 3200 block of Lake Park Way on report of a burglary. A report was taken.

DUI

 

On Thursday September 9, 2021, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop near 3rd Avenue and Lashley St. An adult male was arrested for driving under the influence.
