Michael Lucky’s charges have been updated to include first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, two counts of felony stalking and three violations of a protection order. He also faces two sentence enhancements.
Lucky is accused of attacking 60-year-old Steven Craig on Dec. 19 at Craig’s home near Longmont. Craig suffered life-threatening injuries due to blunt force trauma and was air-lifted to a trauma center. Craig died on Sunday.
Lucky remains in custody on a $1 million cash-only bond and is expected to appear for a bond hearing on Saturday.
