During the early hours of Wednesday morning, Longmont Police stopped a man and woman from trespassing, which led to the woman’s arrest.

At 2:32 a.m., a police officer approached the pair in an alley in the 2100 block of Main Street, where the officer suspected they were trying to trespass into a retail store, according to Robin Ericson, the communications and marketing manager of LPD.

The officer ran both individuals through the police data system, which revealed that the woman had four outstanding warrants, three of which were from Longmont and one from Boulder.

The woman was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
