A Windsor man was arrested for 34 counts of child sexual exploitation on August 13 and was bonded out of jail. Isai Abi Dominguez, a 26-year-old 2017 Windsor High School graduate, was arrested for the upload, possession, and/or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The Windsor Police Department conducted the investigation in coordination with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Multiple cyber tips were received regarding CSAM on various social media platforms and commonalities between the reports all linked back to Dominguez.
Following the investigation, detectives with the WPD conducted a search on Dominguez’s residence and seized multiple electronic devices containing CSAM, including some that were not identified in the original ICAC reports. Dominguez was taken into custody on August 13 without incident after an arrest warrant was issued.
Dominguez faces 16 counts of sexual exploitation of a child as a class 3 felony and 18 counts of sexual exploitation of a child as a class 4 felony.
