What to know about voting: Boulder County Elections holding webinar Tuesday

The live online presentation will cover ballot processing basics, voter statistics, election security and what the Elections Division is doing to keep voters, election judges and staff as safe as possible during the pandemic, according to an email announcing the event.

The Boulder County Elections Division next week will hold a live online presentation on ballot processing basics, voter statistics and election security. 

The webinar at noon Tuesday also will cover what the Elections Division is doing to keep voters, election judges and staff as safe as possible during the pandemic, according to an email announcing the event.

RSVP for the presentation is required by 10 a.m. Tuesday and login directions will be sent an hour before the event starts, according to the email. The presentation and Q&A are expected to last 40 minutes to an hour.

The presentation also will be recorded and posted to the Elections Division’s YouTube channel. People who subscribe to the channel will receive a notification when it is posted, according to the email. 

Those who cannot attend Tuesday’s virtual presentation can learn more about elections security by viewing a community briefing, which was published Sept. 16, according to the email.
