With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.
Matt Maenpaa, bar manager and distiller of Anvil Distillery, invited the Longmont Observer to preview the menu as well as answer a few questions.
Why did you choose the items on the menu for Longmont Restaurant Week?
Picked the flights because I wanted people to taste a little bit of everything we have. We also make our own bitters so we wanted to highlight how the bitters change the flavor and character of a drink.
What is your favorite item on the regular menu?
The Sazerac.
What is your favorite restaurant in Longmont?
Longmont Public House.
