With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.
Pam Friedentag, VP of Sales & Marketing for Beau Jo's, invited the Longmont Observer to preview the menu as well as answer a few questions.
Why did you select these items as part of the Longmont Restaurant Week menu?
We chose the items for the Longmont Restaurant Week so that customers could try our Legendary Mountain Pie, Salad Bar with an abundance of offerings and the choice of a selected draft beer or non-alcoholic beverage.
What is your favorite item on Bad Daddy’s standard menu?
I have several favorite items on our menu! Our honey-sriracha wings, Cranberry Walnut Salad, Spicy Prime Rib Beef Sandwich, Classic Calzone and if I am choosing a pizza I would have our Yukon, Sausage Combo, or the Lil Italy! Now at our Longmont location we offer our cold smoked chargrilled Burgers! There is always something to try and enjoy at Beau Jo’s!
