With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.
John Young, co-founder of Longtucky Spirits, invited the Longmont Observer to preview the menu as well as answer a few questions.
Why did you choose the items on the menu for Longmont Restaurant Week?
We wanted to work with Susan and Treat to present a food pairing menu. We also wanted to showcase our whiskey program and Glencairn tasting glasses.
What is your favorite item on the regular menu?
Dark'N'Stormy - light, refreshing, full of flavor
