With Longmont Restaurant Week starting this Friday, April 20th, the Longmont Observer will be publishing previews of the $18.71 menu.

A Preview of The Roost's restaurant week menu:

First course: Bangin’ Cauliflower (gf) -fresh cauliflower florets in crispy rice flour tempura tossed in a bangin’ sauce of citrus & sriracha

Second course: Poké Rice Bowl (gf) - steamed Jasmine rice, julienned Portobello mushroom, carrots, sweet peppers, basil, cilantro, mint, scallion, cashews & house Ponzu

Third course: Crème Brulee (gf) - rotating flavors of baked custard with a thin layer of crisp sugar
