Come out and catch a sneak peek of what's upcoming in the Downtown Longmont Creative District. A wide array of performing, visual and other arts groups will be featured throughout various downtown venues, both inside and outside.

Cat Jerky, Friday, August 10, 2018, 6 p.m.

Cat Jerky plays an electric mix of music ranging from Johnny Cash to Black Sabbath. To be performing an enjoyable show at Bootstrap Brewing this weekend.

John Mieras, Friday, August 10, 2018, 8:30 p.m.

Performing at The Roost this weekend is musician John Mieras. With an exciting performance, bring a friend and enjoy live music.

Fall Arts Preview at Christ Church, Friday, August 10, 2018, 6 p.m.

Christ Church International, will be a multi-cultural night of music, dance and art. They will be hosting an Indonesian music dance group, Irish Dancers from the Moriary-Moffit dance school and their new art show entitled "A Study in Acrylic Pouring"

Volunteer Fair at the Library, Saturday, August 11, 2018, 10 a.m.

After a successful Volunteer Fair last year, The Longmont Public Library has decided to host another Volunteer Fair for adults and teens. Nonprofits and volunteer groups from around the community will be on hand to distribute information about their work and discuss how you can help out. No registration will be required.

Lefthand Brewing Foundation is hosting the 8th Annual Leftapalooza. This is a fundraising event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The event features a line up of tribute bands.

Register for the Sunrise Stampede on August 8th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Wibby Brewing. Enjoy live music by Eric Ottem & the Sunrise Stampede Sextet. There will be prizes, free registration drawings, and give-aways! Wibby will donate $1 from every beer to the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley.
