Bellydancing at Experience CoWorking, Friday, October 19, 2018, 4 p.m.
This beginning Bellydance class will focus on vocabulary and technique, and incorporate somatic tools to engage your whole being in the dance. Classes will include a gentle warm up and exercises related to the Bellydance movements learned in class, technique and “drills”, basic phrases, and movement exploration/improvisation. Class is complimentary for Experience CoWorking members and open to the greater Longmont community for a drop in fee of $10.
