Easter Egg Hunt and Festival 2019

Location: City of Longmont Roosevelt Park
There will be a variety of fun activities. We will have face painting, bracelet making, a puppet show, and bounce houses/obstacle course. This is a great time for the whole family.
Workshop- Mindfulness for Parents and Teens
Time: 9- 11 a.m.
Location: Longmont Public Library- 409 4th Ave.
Practicing Attunement and Communication; Bringing Awareness to Self and Other, and the Space Between. Practices will be both individual and relational with a focus on physical and emotional literacy, responding vs. reacting, mindfulness of communication, and pausing to tend to yourself first, tuning in so that you can then be present and responsive to others. $25 per parent in attendance.
