The Longmont Leader recently published a letter to the editor titled “Letter: A Recovery Residence Operator’s Perspective on Mobarez Solutions” (August 6, 2025). This letter represented the views of the author, not the Longmont Leader.
After publication, concerns were raised about certain statements made in the letter, including references to fraud and claims about Mobarez Solutions’ past operations. These statements were published as the author’s perspective but were not independently verified by the Longmont Leader.
To avoid confusion, we clarify that the Longmont Leader has not determined or reported that Mobarez Solutions engaged in fraud, was “forced out” of Firestone, or otherwise violated the law. The letter should be read as opinion and allegation only, not as fact. We have removed the letter to avoid confusion and for fairness to Mobarez Solutions.
