In a recent opinion article supporting Karen McCormick, the writer stated democracy is under attack and McCormick “steps up to protect and defend the right of every eligible person to cast a vote” and she denounces conspiracy theorists.

Where did the disconnect from reality come from?  In 2016, Hillary Clinton, dozens of Democratic senators, and congressmen claimed the 2016 election was stolen.  For four straight years, MSM held cultish daily updates on the Russian Collusion and the “illegitimate president” (Trump), although disproved over half a dozen times to include the $38 million spent on the Muller report.

In the 2020 elections, many spoke out about concerns regarding mass mail-in ballots, but now it’s a conspiracy.  Regarding abortion and one issue voters: returning abortion back to the state fortifies our democracy by de-federalizing a topic that should be a state right, giving democracy back to the people.  In Colorado, we voted to codify the most liberal abortion laws in the country.

Democracy worked in this case. But agreed, democracy is under attack by medical mandates, loss of parental rights, children are being targeted by progressive hyper-sexualization, crime, homelessness, drug and addiction problems, skyrocketing cost, and geopolitical instability like we haven’t seen since World War 2.

It’s time we wake up and focus on reality. McCormick is part of the Colorado trifecta of government that is failing miserably.  We can’t wait, we need change.  Vote Tara Menza for HD-11 Representative.

Thank you.
