Dear Longmont Observer readers,
As you may already know, today is the last day and this the last article published by the Longmont Observer. Tomorrow the Longmont Leader will launch and begin bringing Longmont's news to your inbox.
Before we go, we would like to thank you all for your support and contributions to the Observer. With your help, we learned so much about Longmont and that information has helped in launching our new endeavor, Longmont Public Media.
The last three years have been amazing, seeing Longmont continue to grow, seeing the innovation of the residents and public officials, and most of all being a part of all those special moments.
While we are sad that we all won't be moving over to the Leader, we are excited that they are here to keep the news flowing through Longmont, which was our intention from the beginning of this journey.
We would be remiss if we didn't recognize the hard work of those who volunteered their time to help the Observer grow. Without your hard work and determination the Observer would have gone away a long time ago. We appreciate each of you more than you know.
Again thank you Longmont! We hope you join us in supporting local media in Longmont, services we all deserve.
