There is NO better feeling then to be able to give back to the community! We have been working hard to make sure Longmont gets "Masked Up" and this week was no exception. In 5 days this week we handed out over 2200 Masks, almost 450 Masks a day! A grand total of 6224 MASKS, AMAZING, handed out and that number will grow very fast come Monday.
The outpouring of support for this community from those sewing, to those donating supplies, to those helping in shop, and to those donating to us to keep the lights on and keep this project going has been AMAZING! We are not even close to done. With Governor Polis requiring pretty much all essential employees to mask up and President Trump and his team making masks a requirement to open up states, the need has become even greater. We are here to make sure we can get a FREE mask into to as many peoples hands as we can. We want to help prevent the spread and we will continue everyday as long as we can.
