MISSING PERSON

A Longmont resident reported a runaway from the 1200 block of Atwood Street. Report was written for information and closed.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft of an auto in the 6000 block of Fox Hill Drive in Longmont. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Thursday, 10/4/18, a report was taken reference a criminal mischief which occurred at Quail Rd. and Martin St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD

On 10-04-18 the Longmont Police investigated a possible sexual exploitation of a minor. The case is under investigation.

THEFT

On October 04, 2018 a theft report was received from the 700 block of Martin St. An adult male reported his bicycle was stolen. Case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On October 04, 2018 a motor vehicle theft report was received from the 1800 block of Spruce Ave. An adult male reported his motorcycle was stolen. Case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On September 26, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 700 block of Delaware Ave on the report of a road rage incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Main St. Both parties were contacted and charges were declined. Case is closed.

ASSAULT

Police were called to a middle school on an assault case. The investigation showed that one student unprovokingly assaulted another student because they thought it was funny. There were minor injuries to the victim. The suspect was issued a summons and the school suspended the suspect.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, Longmont officers responded to the 1900 block of Warren on a domestic incident. A report was taken and the case is closed.

INJURED ANIMAL

Animal Control was contacted about a cat that was found to have pellets in it when it started limping and x-rays showed 5-6 pellets.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On October 3, 2018 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 3000 block of Lake Park Way on the report of a domestic violence incident. A male was contacted and taken into custody. Case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018 at around 23:59 hours, Longmont police attempted to locate a wanted person in the 1300 block of S. Francis St. A juvenile male with an active warrant was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Juvenile Detention Center.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, 10-04-2018, Longmont police received a report of a cold harassment. Upon investigation, it was determined that the reporting party was intoxicated, and sober witnesses contradict what the reporting party was claiming. This case will be unfounded.

AUTO THEFT

On Thursday, 10/04/18, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft and theft which occurred in the 1400 block of S. Collyer St. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

FOLLOW UP

On Thursday, October 4, 2018, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Longmont Police Department Cyber Crimes Unit assisted the Boulder County Sheriff's Office with an investigation. All inquiries need to be directed the Boulder County Sheriff's Office as this is an open investigation.

BURGLARY

On 10/4/18 Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Peck Dr. reference a cold burglary. The case was investigated and later closed due to lack of evidence.

TRESPASS

The Longmont Police Department investigated a trespass in north central Longmont. Case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 10/04/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark St. on an attempt to locate. An adult female was taken into custody on a probation detainer. This case is cleared by arrest.
