Applications open for A Woman's Work Founders' Scholarship

We are pleased to announce that this fall we will be awarding Founders' Scholarships in amounts up to $2,500 named in honor of the women who founded A Woman's Work in 2003. The purpose of our scholarships is to provide a source of financial support for women who have delayed or interrupted their post-high school education or training, and who find themselves in need of additional education or vocational training in order to obtain employment or to make a needed change in their current employment situation. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, books, fees, verifiable childcare and transportation expenses; and will be paid directly to the vocational training program, college/university, service provider or vendor. 

If you know a woman who meets the guidelines below, please encourage her to apply! All scholarship applications must be completed in full and submitted by Oct. 31, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. Interviews, if chosen, will be held the week of Nov. 6 via Zoom. Complete details, eligibility, and the scholarship application are available on our website or may be accessed by clicking on the button directly below.
