Join us for an unforgettable Mother's Day celebration at Butterfly Pavilion, where we're rolling out a weekend filled with activities designed to honor and cherish moms of all kinds!
Mini Matriarchs: Exploring the Marvels of Invertebrate Motherhood Talk (Adult Program): Learn about the fascinating world of invertebrate mothers, where attendees will discover the incredible diversity of maternal instincts and behaviors.
Mother's Day Paint, Plant, and Promenade (Family Program):
Participants unleash their creativity as they paint and personalize a flowerpot, perfect for planting pollinator-friendly blooms as a tribute to the vital role moms play in nurturing our planet.
Mother’s Day Stroll (Included with general admission):
For an even more enchanting experience, all guests can take a leisurely stroll with a special flower provided by Butterfly Pavilion staff, specifically designed to attract butterflies. As visitors wander through the breathtaking Wings of the Tropics butterfly conservatory and rainforest, they will watch in awe as these beautiful creatures land on the flowers, creating a magical and unforgettable moment.

Why:
Pollinators are an incredibly important part of our lives, providing us with one out of every three bites of food we eat, and helping plants reproduce and sustain agriculture. These interactive activities at Butterfly Pavilion showcase the importance of invertebrates while engaging families to learn more.
