The Longmont Museum’s “Thursday Nights @ the Museum” 2025 series concludes on Thursday, May 1 with the presentation of “On the Rise: Colorado Songwriter Showcase.” The showcase will take place from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the museum’s Stewart Auditorium and will feature both up-and-coming and established singer-songwriters from across the Front Range and beyond.
The show will be hosted by Longmont-based Americana/folk musicians Bonnie and Talor Sims, who are a Certified Platinum recording artist duo. The musicians who will be featured during the showcase include Halden Wofford, Greg Schochet, Katie Rose Nelson, and Dustin Moran. The musicians will perform a variety of musical styles, including country, folk-rock, bluegrass, and swing.
The Longmont Museum’s “Thursday Nights @ the Museum” series took place every Thursday from January 23 to May 1 this year. It featured concerts, films, art classes, and free talks in the Longmont Museum’s Stewart Auditorium. The museum’s summer concert series will take place on Thursdays beginning on June 19 and will run through July.
Tickets for “On the Rise: Colorado Songwriter Showcase” are $18 for general admission and can be purchased online. Museum members pay $12.
