The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has released the month-end report for December 2017. A total number of 246 permits were issued:
- 22 residential new single-family detached
- 8 residential new single family attached (TH)
- 4 residential new multifamily
- 0 residential new condos
- 1 residential new other (ACDU)
- 37 residential remodel/addition
- 124 other residential permits
- 1 municipal other
- 1 commercial new
- 9 commercial remodel/addition
- 23 commercial other
- 16 other permits
The Planning & Services Department also permitted 111 new dwelling units.
