Drawing to determine Boulder County commissioner candidate order on ballot set for next week

The Boulder County Elections Divison on Tuesday will hold a lot drawing to determine the order of commissioner candidate names on the ballot for the Nov. 3 General Election.

The election is a few months off, but Boulder County commissioner candidates' positions on the ballot will be determined next week. 


The Boulder County Elections Divison on Tuesday will hold a lot drawing to determine the order of candidate names on the ballot for the Nov. 3 General Election.

Ballot positions will be drawn for the Boulder County commissioner District 1 and 2 contests. The process will take less than 10 minutes and is open for the public to observe online, according to a news release. Candidate remote observation also is welcome, but not required.The candidate lot drawing at 12:30 p.m.

Where: The drawing will be at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Boulder County Elections office. Members of the public can join remotely via Microsoft Teams or call in to 720-400-7859 and use conference ID 329 747 999.
