The Longmont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will discuss progress on new low-income housing developments in the city and get updates on the cleanup on methamphetamine contamination in apartments.

City Council members serve as commissioners of the housing authority. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. and at the council’s study chambers. It will not be live streamed.

The commissioners also will review activities at several housing properties including at Briarwood Apartments, where Veterans Community Project volunteers completed the outdoor beautification project. The work included repairing the gazebo and ramp, cleaning up the landscaping and other small projects around the courtyard and BBQ areas, according to a staff report.
