The Longmont Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Tuesday will consider awarding $124,205 in Community Development Block Grant funds to pay for improvements to two LHA properties.
The commissioners - who are city council members - are scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. at the council’s study session room. The meeting will not be livestreamed.
The funds will help pay for replacement community playground equipment at Aspen Meadows Neighborhood, repairing the parking lot at the Hearthstone & Lodge at Hover Crossing as well as security cameras at the same complex, according to a city report.
Commissioners will also receive an update on operations and a voucher assistance count.
