The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has released the month-end report for June 2018. A total number of 591 permits were issued:
- 30 residential new single-family detached
- 22 residential new single-family attached (TH)
- 4 residential new multifamily
- 0 residential new condos
- 1 residential new other (ACDU)
- 29 residential remodel/addition
- 254 other residential permits
- 0 municipal other
- 5 commercial new
- 14 commercial remodel/addition
- 15 commercial other
- 212 ACA permits (online permits)
- 5 other permits
The Planning & Services Department also permitted 185 new dwelling units.
