On Tuesday night, Longmont City Council unanimously passed ordinance O-2018-17 which approves a new lease of Vance Brand Airport’s hangar parcel H-28A.
Jeffrey W. Seewald and Leslie Koprowski will become the new lessees after purchasing the new hangar from the previous owner, Cain Kobert.
According to lease documents, hangar H-28A consists of 4,540 square feet and will be leased for twenty years at a base annual sum of $1,623.50.
No one spoke for or against the ordinance during public invited to be heard.
