Longmont City Council members will be holding an executive session Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at 5:30 pm.
According to the document published on the City of Longmont’s city council meeting agendas portal, the executive session was requested by City Manager Harold Dominguez, and City Attorney Eugene Mai to discuss "the acquisition of Longmont Housing Authority real property to facilitate the construction and operation of affordable housing projects, receive legal advice, determine negotiation positions and strategies, instruct negotiators, and consider confidential documents re same."
Executive sessions are closed to the public and topics discussed are limited per the Colorado Open Meetings Law. No formal action is taken during these sessions.
