Coy Ink Studio is offering small local businesses owners a class on how to better market your business in the digital world.
This class will help teach small business owners to stand out and reach their customers and future customers with some design basics. This class will cover basic design principles, free design programs one can use for content graphics, flyers, social posts and more.
This workshop will cover inexpensive, cost effective and efficient ways to market one’s small business and get the word out.

Tangle Turtle Art Summer Camp week #3 will run from July 18 to July 22, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.. All Tangle Turtle Art camp weeks will be exploring General Art: painting, drawing, calligraphy, zentangle, fibers, collage/mixed media, and Origami. We will supply everything you need to dive into the foundations of drawing and painting, to explore calligraphy and zentangle, to sew a pocket pet, create friendship bracelets and a woven owl, to a collage with mixed media, and fold Origami. Are you struggling with the ins and outs of starting or continuing a successful art business? This workshop is customized to meet you at whatever stage you're in with your art or creative business. The class size will be a max of 10 people in a similar situation to yourself. This provides the opportunity to learn from and lean on your fellow classmates and their experiences. I’ll spend time ahead of the class gathering info and research before the class starts to answer your questions and provide resources to help you get started. If you still want more one-on-one help after the class I’m offering art career counseling starting at $150 a month or on demand sessions for $75 an hour. The event will occur on the first and third Tuesdays from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Library Teen Space on the first floor. Calling all D&D lovers! 6th to 12th graders who have some experience playing Dungeons & Dragons are invited to come and play friendly campaigns. The most experienced players will Dungeon Master and more experienced players will help along players without as much experience. This is a teen-powered program! From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Firehouse Songwriter Workshop is for songwriters, players, lyricists, and music-lovers of all ages, levels, interests, and tastes! Kid Connects In the Neighborhood, a program through Mental Health Partners, will be partnering with the Longmont Library to provide a space for children and caregivers to learn how to identify big emotions and discuss ways to manage those feelings. Intro to Fly Fishing Full Day at Angles Sports Ski, Board and Fly Fishing Shop
This intro class is intended for any age or skill level that is interested in fly fishing and will cover a full basic knowledge of the sport. The Class will start at 8am meeting in our class room upstairs of our showroom floor @ 463 Main St in Longmont, and will go till 4:30 pm. Attendees will have an hour break for lunch. After lunch we will meet down at the river where we can talk about how to read the river and where the fish most likely are while we integrate new learned entomology knowledge. Also while we are in an open grass area, the class will learn basic casting skills.The class will be instructed by Ryan "Fish" Albert, Head Guide for Angles Sports.

Jono will start with an image sourced from his Summer art residency project. Then he will break the image into small squares for workshop attendees to paint. Once the attendees paint their small square, the finished works will all come together to reveal the finished larger piece. This tile mural will then be included in Jono's September exhibit in the Main Gallery.
