Police are looking for two men who fled in their vehicles from Longmont Police Saturday after receiving a report of vehicle theft. One of the vehicles was later found and contained a large quantity of drugs, according to a Longmont Police report.
Police responded to the area of Grandview Meadows Drive and Redmond in an attempt to locate a vehicle stolen out of Larimer County. Officers located two vehicles associated with the theft, which fled when officers attempted contact, the report states.
Officers pursued one of the vehicles to the city of Boulder and were able to arrest an adult female who attempted to flee the vehicle. An adult male who fled from the vehicle is still at large but has been identified, the report states.
The second vehicle was located by the Weld County Sheriff’s office and an adult female was taken into custody “and a large quantity of narcotics seized,” the report states. The report did not say how much was seized.
A second male who fled from that vehicle is at large but also has been identified, police said.
