A water main replacement will close the Coffman Street and Longs Peak Avenue intersection on Thursday.
The intersection is expected to be closed for two days during construction. Work in the area is expected to take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily.
The following detours will be in place:
- Northbound Coffman St. closed at Longs Peak Ave and detoured eastbound to Main St.
- Southbound Coffman St. open to traffic
- Westbound Longs Peak Ave closed at Main St. and detoured north to 8th Ave.
- Eastbound Longs Peak Ave closed at Terry St and detoured south to 6th Ave.
Street parking along both sides of Longs Peak Avenue between Coffman Street and Main Street will be prohibited, according to a news release.
