Longmont, CO – Marvin Gardens Real Estate & Property Management is celebrating a major milestone this spring: a decade of service to the Longmont community—and a fresh start in a new office the team now proudly owns.

Founded in 2015 by longtime broker Dave Marvin, Marvin Gardens has spent the last ten years helping individuals and families navigate homeownership, property management, and real estate investment with a personalized, community-centered approach. The new office, located at 762 Mountain View Ave, reflects the company’s ongoing investment in Longmont and the people who call it home.

“For ten years, we’ve helped people climb their own real estate ladder—whether that’s moving out of homelessness into stable housing, becoming first-time homeowners, or turning homes into long-term investments,” said founder Dave Marvin. “Now, we’re following the same path ourselves—moving from commercial tenants to owners. Buying our own office space isn’t just a financial decision—it’s a statement of values. We believe in putting down roots, building equity, and investing in the future of our business and community.”

A Space That Feels Like Home

The new Marvin Gardens office—originally a single-family home—offers a brighter, more welcoming space for staff and clients alike. With ample natural light, larger offices, expanded storage, and an outdoor area, the building is both practical and inviting. The move marks an evolution for the company, creating an environment that feels even more aligned with Marvin Gardens’ personal, client-focused approach to real estate.

Ten Years of Housing Support and Community Connection

Marvin Gardens has supported over 150 home sales, currently manages around 130 rental properties, and employs a team of six. Over the years, the company has given back to local organizations like HOPE, The OUR Center, and The Inn Between, while building a network of trusted contractors, vendors, and community partners.

“I consider it an honor to spend my time and energy helping people on their housing journey—wherever they may be,” Marvin said. “There’s nothing fleeting about housing. It’s personal. And we never forget that.”

Looking Ahead

Marvin Gardens plans to build on its strong foundation with thoughtful, values-driven growth. In the coming months, the team expects to roll out new community initiatives and continue investing in local partnerships and philanthropy—efforts that reinforce its deep roots in

Longmont. To learn more about Marvin Gardens or stop by the new space, visit marvin-gardens.com or drop by 762 Mountain View Ave.
