Longmont Public Safety is asking residents to keep on the look out for Kyle Alvarez who has been missing since April 5.
Alvarez is a 32-year-old at risk man who is 5'10" and weighs 230 pounds. He has brown hair, which is balding, and green eyes. He also has a long scar on the left-top-side of his head, according to the Longmont Public Safety Facebook post.
Officials do not know what the man is wearing but believe him to be driving a 2005 gold-colored Honda CRV bearing the Colorado license plate QJM-893, according to the post.
Alvarez was reported missing from the 1500 block of Goshawk Drive in east Longmont around 1 p.m. on April 5.
He is on required medications and has missed many doses, the post states.
