The City Council is not meeting Tuesday night because of the Nov. 8 election.
One at-large council seat is on the ballot for voters Tuesday as well as three local ballot issues.
Voters are being asked to approve administrative amendments to the city charter, an election vacancy amendment and a $20 million bond issue for storm drainage improvements.
