The City of Longmont Planning & Development Services Department has released the month end report for July 2017. A total number of 246 permits were issued:
- 22 residential new single family detached
- 0 residential new single family attached (TH)
- 3 residential new multi family
- 1 residential new other (ACDU)
- 35 residential remodel/addition
- 141 other residential permits
- 1 commercial new
- 16 commercial remodel/addition
- 15 commercial other
- 12 other permits
The Planning & Services Department also permitted 26 new dwelling units.
Compared to last year, July 2016 saw 337 total permits issued:
- 25 residential new single family detached
- 9 residential new single family attached (TH)
- 5 residential new multi-family
- 0 residential new other (ACDU)
- 16 residential remodel/addition
- 234 other residential permits
- 0 municipal new
- 1 municipal other
- 1 commercial new
- 11 commercial remodel/addition
- 20 commercial other
- 15 other permits
