DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 122617, Officers took a report of a domestic violence incident in the 100 block of Forsyth Dr. An adult male assaulted an adult female. The case is open.
SHOOTING
On Tuesday, police were dispatched to a self inflicted gunshot in the 4000 block of Florentine Dr, Longmont, CO 80501. An adult male was transported to the Longmont United Hospital. Police investigated and documented their findings. Case closed.
FRAUD
On Tuesday, 12/26/17, the Longmont Police Department responded to a bank in the north central part of town reference an attempted Fraud report. Upon arrival, three adult suspects were contacted. At this point the case is under investigation and will be forwarded to Detectives for follow up. Case Status is Open.
THEFT
A Longmont resident in the 00 block of 3rd Avenue reported his bike stolen. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
WELFARE CHECK
On 12/26/2017 Longmont police responded to the area of S. Sunset St and Donovan Dr., reference a welfare check on an adult female. An adult female was making a delivery to a residence, and stated someone inside of the residence was calling for help. Officers arrived on scene and forced entry to the residence, finding an adult female on the floor who had fallen and injured herself. The female was transported to Longmont United Hospital for treatment.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A video was made of a dog loose and defecating in the 1300 block of South Grant Street. The dog owner was issued a summons.
THEFT
On Tuesday December 26, 2017, at approximately 1128 hours, the police were dispatched to the 800 block of Plateau Rd., on a theft in progress. No suspect was located. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.
FRAUD
On Tuesday, December 26, 2017, Police responded to the 800 block of E 17th Ave on a forgery. A black male used a fake $50 bill to purchase an item and received cash back. The case is currently open under investigation.
SHOPLIFT
On Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at about 1800 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Main Street on a report of a theft. Upon arrival officers found a customer stole a pack of cigarettes. Case open.
BURGLARY
On December 26, 2017 Officers received a report of a theft that occurred on December 23, 2017 on the 700 block of Tenacity Dr. A report was taken and the case is closed due to insufficient suspect leads.
THEFT
On December 26, 2017, at approximately 1901 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department took a report of a theft in the 1100 block of Twin Peaks Cir. An investigation was conducted. Case closed.

On Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at about 1800 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a theft that occurred in the 1900 block of Main Street. Case open.
THEFT
On Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at approximately 1830 hours, an adult female contacted the police regarding the theft of her computer charging cord from the library. The male was located and issued a summons for theft, the charging cord was returned to the female. The case is cleared by arrest.
MENACING
On 12/26/2017, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of S. Main St reference a menacing. Due to no suspect information this case is closed.
INJURY ACCIDENT
On 12/26/2017 at approximately 2001 hours officers were dispatched to a roll over accident in the 2100 block of Spencer Street, City of Longmont, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. Upon arrival the driver of the vehicle had already fled from the scene. An investigation continues. Case open.
WARRANT ARREST
On 122617, officers contacted an adult male in the 1300 block of Main St who had a warrant. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest
SUICIDE ATTEMPT
On 12/26/2017, at approximately 2057 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Gay St reference a suicide attempt call. An adult female had taken a number of pills in combination with alcohol in an attempt to harm herself. She was transported to Longmont United Hospital for treatment and placed on a hold pending a mental health evaluation. This case is Closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Tuesday, 12/26/17 at approximately 2132 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Stones Peak Dr in reference to a physical disturbance. A report was taken for informational purposes and the case is closed
