Sexual Assult On Thursday, July 6th, 2017, at approximately 6:00 pm, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Sherri Mar Ct. reference a possible sex assault. Police contacted an adult male and adult female. The case is open.

Sexual Assult

On Thursday, July 6th, 2017, at approximately 6:00 pm, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Sherri Mar Ct. reference a possible sex assault. Police contacted an adult male and adult female. The case is open. Referred to Detectives.

On 4/25/2017 at approximately 3:00 pm, officers were alerted to an allegation regarding unlawful sexual contact which occurred in the 1200 block of Tulip approximately one year prior. The adult female victim did not wish to pursue charges at this time and the case is closed. Closed/Lack of Victim Cooperation

Menacing

On July 06, 2017 at approximately 2:00 am Officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of 9th Ave on a report of a man trespassing in the dumpsters who was armed with a knife. After arrival Officers contacted an adult female who stated while taking the trash out she discovered a man digging in the dumpster and when confronted he waved a knife at her. There are no workable leads or suspect information. Case closed.

DUI

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, at approximately 9:07 pm, the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of 11th Ave and Spencer St on a report of a suspicious driver. The vehicle was contacted and the driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest for DUI. This case is cleared by arrest.

Domestic Incident

On June 6, 2017, Officers took a report of an identity theft. The case is open.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to the zero hundred block of Ash Ct for a domestic disturbance in progress. An investigation was conducted. The case is still under investigation.

Called to the 200 blk of Main Street for a DV. One person arrested.

Death

On 06/09/17, officers conducted an investigation involving a death at LUH. The death was deemed natural and the case closed.

Other Agency Assist

On 07/03/17 a Longmont Police Officer assisted the Aurora Police Department in an outside agency assist in Aurora's jurisdiction. An 18-year-old male was detained and taken into custody by the Aurora Police Department. This report was taken for information only. Case closed.

Mittimus Arrest

On Wednesday, 07/05/2017 at 10:03 am, Longmont Police arrested an adult male on a Mittimus arrest at Longmont Municipal Court.

Information

An employee of a Longmont bank reported an incident of possible elder abuse on behalf of a Longmont resident in the 1800 block of Signature Circle. The case remains open pending additional information.

Theft

On July 5, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Main St on a theft. An adult male was arrested for a warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of theft and criminal mischief in the 600 block of S. Sunset St. No suspect leads at this time. Case closed.

Warrant Arrest

On Thursday 07/06/2017 at approximately 2:49 am police responded to the 1700 block Main Street in relation to a suspicious incident. Two adult males were arrested on warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017 at approximately 2:11 pm, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark St on an Attempt to Locate. An adult female was arrested on a warrant on scene. This case is cleared by arrest.

On July 6th, 2017 at approximately 3:50 pm, Longmont Police contacted an adult male in the 900 block of Longs Peak Avenue Longmont, CO. The adult male was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

On 01/01/2017 at approximately 12:02 am officers responded to a call of a cold assault at the 7-11 store located at 1500 Hover Street. Officers contacted two involved parties and arrested a male party for domestic violence/assault.

Suicide Attempt

The Longmont Police Department investigated a suicidal subject complaint at Legacy Apartments, 2727 Nelson Rd. Case is closed and referred to EDGE.

Graffiti

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of graffiti in the zero hundred block of E. 9th Ave. No suspect leads at this time. Case closed.

Criminal Mischief

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of a criminal mischief in the 200 block of E. Rogers Rd. No suspect leads at this time. Case closed.

On July 6th, 2017 at approximately 6:30 pm, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Pace Street in reference to a criminal mischief. This case is open for further investigation.

Bomb Threat

On Thursday, 07/06/217, Longmont Police and Boulder County Bomb Squad responded to a report of a suspicious bag at the entrance of the Memorial Building at 700 Longs Peak Ave. The bag was investigated and determined to be safe. It was later claimed by a homeless man who left it there unattended.

Medical Longmont PD Law

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, Longmont Police assisted medical transporting a female to the hospital. Case is closed.

Hit and Run Accident

Officers responded to a hit and run accident in the 400 block of Main Street. One male arrested and booked. Cleared by arrest.
