Police Report: June 16, 2017

FDC/Crime Trespass On Thursday, June 15th, 2017, an officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Americana Rd. on the report of a 1st degree criminal trespass into a vehicle. There are no leads at this time and the case will be closed.

FDC/Crime Trespass

On Thursday, June 15th, 2017, an officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Americana Rd. on the report of a 1st degree criminal trespass into a vehicle. There are no leads at this time and the case will be closed.

A Loveland resident reported an unknown person illegally entered his unlocked vehicle while the vehicle was parked on the street in the 700 block of Eldora Place in Longmont and stole property from inside. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Hit and Run Accident

On Thursday, June 15, 2017, Longmont Police took a hit and run accident report in the 700 block of Meeker Street. A vehicle had backed out of a driveway and struck a parked vehicle and then drove off. This case is still under investigation.

Shoplift

On Friday, June 16, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of theft in the 300 block of Main St. No suspect leads or information. Case closed.

On Friday, June 16, 2016, Longmont Police took a report of a theft from a store in the 2000 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. A male suspect has been identified. Case Open.

Vicious Dog

An 11 year old boy was bitten by a dog at the 1400 block of S. Collyer. He was treated and released. The dog has been quarantined and the owner received a summons.

Sex Assault

On Friday, June 16, 2017, Longmont Police took a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the 00 block of Powderhorn Pl. The case is open.

Warrant Arrest

On Thursday June 15, 2017, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd Ave and Alpine St. An adult male was arrested on a warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

On Friday June 16, 2017 the Longmont Police Department contacted a male party in the 300 block of Kimbark St. The male had two outstanding warrants and was taken into custody and later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.

On Friday June 16, 2017 at approximately 9:23am, an adult male was taken into custody in the 2100 block of Main St for an outstanding warrant.

Disturbance

On Friday, June 16, 2017, Longmont Officers responded to the 1700 block of Emery St on a disturbance. Two adult males were contacted and no charges were developed. Case is closed.

On Friday, June 16, 2017, at 5:34pm, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St on a report of a Stabbing. The incident was later determined to be a disturbance and no one was found to be stabbed. Two of the three suspects were located on scene and later released on summonses. This case is cleared by arrest.

Medical Longmont PD Law

On Friday, June 16, 2017, at 4:24am Longmont Police Officers responded to the 600 block of Martin Street on a domestic incident. This case is closed with no active leads.

Protection Order

On Friday, June 16, 2017, an officer was dispatched to call an adult female in reference a domestic violence related protection order violation. It was determined that the incident did not occur within the City of Longmont and the case will be forwarded to the appropriate agency for follow- up. The case is closed.

Domestic Incident

On Friday, June 16, 2017, Longmont Police responded to a domestic incident in the 1500 block of Main St. The case is under investigation and is open.

Theft

On Friday, June 16, 2017, at 6:55pm, Longmont Police responded to a cold theft report in the 500 block of S Hover St. One suspect has stolen from the business three separate occasions. The male has been identified and additional follow up will be completed. This case is open.
