Assault

On Friday, June 2, 2017, Longmont responded to the 1800 block of Stroh Pl. reference a reported assault. The case was investigated and later closed (unfounded).

Crime Mischief in Progress

On Friday, June 2, 2017, at approximately 10:30am, officers contacted and arrested an adult male for damaging property in the 800 block of Main St.. This case is cleared by arrest.

Warrant Arrest

On Friday, June 2, 2017, an adult male was arrested at the 700 block of Terry St. for an active arrest warrant.

On Friday, June 2, 2017, Longmont Officers conducted a traffic stop near 17th ave and Terry st. One adult female was taken into custody on warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

On Friday, June 2, 2017, Longmont officers responded to the 2200 block of Pratt St. reference a wanted party in the area. Case cleared by arrest.

Theft

On Friday 06/02/17, Longmont Police took a report of a theft and pawn broker violation in the 700 block of Main St. There is a suspect and the case is open.

An employee at a Longmont restaurant in the 2000 block of Main Street reported an adult female and an adult male left the restaurant without paying for their meal. The case status is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

On Friday, 06/02/17, a report was taken reference an aggravated motor vehicle theft which occurred in the 1500 block of Mt. Evans Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

A Longmont resident in the 1200 block of Aspen Street reported an unknown person stole the registration sticker from her vehicle's rear license plate while the vehicle was parked in the driveway of her residence.

On 06/02/2017 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Pratt St. reference a theft. An adult female reported the theft of an art installation at the park for a Moms Demand Action which was to be in place for one week. There are no suspect leads at this time. This case is closed.

Disturbance

On 06/01/2017 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a disturbance in the 1900 block of Longs Peak Av. between two juvenile males. Limited information was provided. This report was completed for information purposes only. This case is closed.

On 5/26/17 Longmont police responded to the 1300 block of Merl Pl. reference a family disturbance. There were no criminal charges.

On Friday, June 2, 2017 at approximately 6:52pm, the Longmont Police Department responded on a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Sheley Ct. This case is cleared exceptionally.

Vicious Dog

A Longmont woman was walking her dog when two  dogs came out of a garage and attacked her dog in the area of Oakwood and Arrowwood.

A small dog was attacked by another small dog at the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. Injuries were minor.

On Thursday, 06/01/17, a man was bitten by a dog that charged at him when it got out of its house. The man treated the wound himself and the dog will be quarantined.

Domestic Incident

On June 1, 2017 the Longmont Police Department investigated a disturbance in the 900 block of Tulip St. An adult male and an adult female were arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On 6/01/2017 at approximately 9:17pm, police investigated a cold domestic incident. A warrant will be applied for and the case is open.

Fraud

A Longmont resident in the 2200 block of Calais Drive reported a theft of currency via an online scam. The case status is closed due to jurisdictional issues and lack of suspect information.

Hit and Run Accident

On Thursday June 1, 2017, at approximately 10pm, the Longmont Police Department responded on a hit and run crash in the 2100 block of Dexter Dr. The run vehicle was located and an adult female arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

Suspicious Situation

On Thursday 06/01/2017 at approximately 10:40pm, police responded to the 1500 block Kimbark Street in relation to a suspicious incident. This report is generated for information purposes and the case will be close.
