Police Report: June 9, 2017

Burglary On Thursday, June 8 2017 at approximately 9:37pm, police responded to the 3800 block Staghorn Drive in relation to a suspicious incident. A cold burglary along with other offenses were disclosed. An adult male was located and arrested.

Burglary

On Thursday, June 8 2017 at approximately 9:37pm, police responded to the 3800 block Staghorn Drive in relation to a suspicious incident. A cold burglary along with other offenses were disclosed. An adult male was located and arrested. The case is cleared by arrest.

Auto Theft

On Friday June 9, 2017, Longmont Police received a report of an auto theft that had just occurred. A suspect was identified and the vehicle was recovered in Lafayette, and the suspect was taken into custody by Lafayette Police. Cleared by Arrest.

Disturbance

On Friday June 9, 2017, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Peck Dr. Upon investigation, parties involved all gave differing stories of the events, and probable cause could not be established. This case is Closed.

Harassment

On Friday, June 9th, 2017 Longmont Police took a report of harassment in the 100 block of 9th Ave. An adult male is suspect. Case still under investigation, case open.

Missing Person

On Friday June 9, 2017, a report was taken reference a missing person. The case is closed.

FDC/Crime Trespass

The Longmont Police Department investigated a First Degree Criminal Trespass in northwest Longmont. Case is closed.

On Friday June 9, 2017, at approximately 3pm, Officers of the Longmont Police Department took a report of an attempted entry into a residence in the 2100 block of Hackberry Cir. This case is closed.

Warrant Arrest

On Thursday, June 8 2017 at approximately 3pm, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded on a suspicious situation in the 1800 block of Main St. An adult female was arrested on an unrelated warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

On Friday June 9, 2017 Longmont Police responded to the 600 block of Lashley St., on the report of an adult female with warrants. The female was located and placed into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

Fraud

On Thursday, June 8 2017 at approximately 11pm, the Longmont Police Department received a report of a possible domestic incident/fraud. Case is open.

On Friday June 9, 2017 the Longmont Police Department were dispatched on a criminal tampering in the 600 block of S Airport Road. A possible skimming device was located on an ATM. This report open and under investigation.

Domestic Incident

On Thursday, June 8 2017, Longmont Police Responded via phone to the 2400 block of Scott Ct. A 36 year old female stated approximately 4-6 months ago she learned her ex-husband attempted to hire someone to kill her. The case is open.

On Friday June 9, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to a domestic in the 600 block of Lashley Street. A 34 year old male struck a 23 year old female and fled the area. This case is under investigation.

Welfare Check

On Friday June 9, 2017 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Gay St on the report of a suicidal male armed with a handgun. The male was not found to meet criteria for a mental health hold. Case is closed.

The Longmont Police Department investigated a welfare check at Taco Bell north. Case is referred to Housing & Human Services, (HHS), Adult Protective Services, (APS).

Trespass

On Friday June 9, 2017 at approximately 7:24am, Officer's responded to the 800 block of S Main St in Longmont Colorado, for the report of a theft and trespassing. A summons was issued, this case is closed.

Vicious Dog

A Longmont woman was walking with her dogs at Alpine and Longs Peak Ave when a dog running at large attacked her dog.

Death

Longmont Police responded to the 2400 block of Calais Drive on a medical assist. The patient had passed away prior to arrival. The death investigation has been closed.

Graffiti

On Friday, June 9, 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of Baker St to investigate a call of graffiti on a garage door. No suspect information was available and the case is closed.

Attempt to Locate

On Friday, June 9, 2017, at approximately 3:33pm, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Kimbark St on an attempt to locate. An adult male was arrested on scene. This case is cleared by arrest.

Theft

On Friday, June 9, 2017, at 6:15pm, Longmont Police responded to a cold theft in the 100 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. Two male suspects stole clothes from a business. Limited suspect information is available at this time. The case has been closed due to a lack of workable leads.

Child

On Friday, June 9, 2017, Officers responded to the 900 block of Tiffany Pl. reference a missing child. The child was found and a report was taken reference their welfare. The case is open.
