On Sunday, May 14, 2017, officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of E 5th Avenue. Two intoxicated adult males were warned for disorderly conduct, and the matter is exceptionally cleared (warning issued).

FDC/ Crime Trespassing

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Longmont Police received a report of a cold car break in that occurred in the 800 blockĀ of Nelson Park Dr. There is no suspect information and the case will be closed.

Burglary

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Longmont Police received a report of 2 vehicles being entered in the 4100 blockĀ of Hawthorne Pl. There is no suspect information, and this case will be Closed.

Assault

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, an adult male was assaulted in the process of an attempt robbery of his bicycle at the entrance of a local business. The suspect's information is unknown at this time and therefore the case will be closed.

Information

On Wednesday, May 10, 2017, Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of E. 6th Avenue for a disturbance. A report was taken for information. Case closed.

Death

On Saturday, May 13 2017, Officers took a report of an unattended death in the 00 block of Denver Way. There are no suspicious circumstances and the case is closed.

On Sunday, May 14 2017, officers responded to a party who was not conscious or breathing in the 1700 block of Lashley St. An adult male was determined to be deceased by medical personnel on scene. Case is being forwarded to Detectives for further investigation.

Fraud

On Saturday, May 13 2017, at about 8:02pm, Officers were dispatched to contact a victim of identity theft in the 2500 block of Scenic Place in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder and State of Colorado. There are no suspects at this time. Case closed.

Domestic Incident

On Saturday, May 13 2017, Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of Placer Ave in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 46 year old female and a 35 year old male reported harassment and domestic violence against each other. There was not enough evidence to support probable cause in either case. The case is closed.

Warrant Arrest

On Saturday, May 13 2017, Officers were dispatched to 100 block of E Longs Peak Ave on a report of a male and female that had been in a park for approximately 12 hours. An adult male was arrested on a warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

Protection Order

On Sunday, May 14, 2017 Officers were dispatched to the 000 block of 9th Avenue for a report of a domestic violence incident. This case is under investigation.
