BURGLARY

On 10/19/17, a Longmont business in the 1000 block of S Hover St., reported a burglary. The case status is open pending follow-up.

KIDNAPPING

On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at approximately 2315 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a possible kidnapping of an adult male that occurred in the 1000 block of Hover St. Longmont, CO. This case will be closed due to lack of leads.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Thursday, October 19 2017, Longmont Police responded to a report of indecent exposure in the 1400 block of Venice St. A 37 year old female reported seeing an unknown male masturbating outside her window. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

MENACING

On 10/18/2017 the Longmont Police Department was assisting some parents on an involuntary alcohol commitment when a crime of assault against an at-risk adult(s) was discovered. This case is under investigation.

SEX ASSAULT

On 10/19/17 Longmont Police responded to the 100 block of Longs Peak Ave. reference a reported unlawful sexual contact. The case is currently under investigation.

DEATH

On Thursday, 10/19/17, The Longmont Police responded to a residence in the northwest part of town, reference a death investigation. Upon arrival, an on-scene investigation and interviews were completed. At this point, there is no additional follow up. Case Status is Closed.

ASSAULT

An adult male reported an assault at the 1200 block of Tulip St. Case is closed.

CHILD

On October 19, 2017 the Longmont Police Department investigated a possible child abuse that occurred in the 900 block of Grandview Meadows Dr. This case has been forwarded to Detectives and Boulder County Department of Social Services.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, October 19, 2017 at approximately 2108 hours Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Ken Pratt Blvd, reference a harassment. An occupied vehicle was contacted and the transient male was arrested for violation of a protection order. This case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 2122 hours, Longmont Police investigated a sex assault in the 1800 block of Faith Place, Longmont. The case was left open and forwarded to the Detective Division for a follow-up investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On October 19th, 2017, Officers responded to the 400 BLK of Barnard Court on report of a domestic disturbance. Officer contacted the victims, one adult female and one adult male. One adult male is suspect. This case is open pending investigation.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

On Thursday, October 18, 2017, a male reported abuse of a macaw in the 500 block of Rider Ridge Dr. The investigation is open.

WELFARE CHECK

Longmont Police responded to the area of the 900 block of Atwood Street on a report of a delirious naked male in the alley behind the residence. An adult male was contacted and transported to Longmont United Hospital on a mental health hold.

FDC/CRIME TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 600 block of Alpine Street reported an unknown person illegally entered her unlocked vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the driveway of her residence and stole her wallet and its contents. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 10/19/2017, Longmont Police Officers responded to a Narcotics call in the 1200 block of S. Hover St. Narcotics were found unattended and booked into Longmont Property and Evidence. Case open pending surveillance video review.

WARRANT ARREST

On Thursday, 10/19/2017 at approximately 1430 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department responded to a suspicious situation in the 2200 block of Vivian St. An adult male was arrested on an unrelated warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On Thursday, October 19, 2017, at approximately 1527 hours, officers of Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Sunset Way for harassment. An adult male was issued a summons for harassment. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 400 block of Alpine Street reported the theft of a USPS-delivered package from the front porch of her residence. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

HARASSMENT

On 10/19/17, the Longmont Police Department was called regarding a harassment complaint in the 1400 block of Terry St. A suspect was identified, but the victim declined prosecution. The case is closed.
