INFORMATION
On Friday, 10-27-2017, Longmont Police received a report of a possible sex crime that occurred in the 2000 blk of Sunset Way. Upon investigation, it was determined that no crime had occurred. This report is for information only.
ASSAULT
On 10/27/17 at 1337 hrs. Longmont Police Officers responded to 150 blk of Ken Pratt blvd reference a physical disturbance. The case is open.
OTHER AGENCY ASSIST
On 10/26/2017 at approximately 1058 hours Longmont Officers were called on a stolen vehicle out of Boulder that was located in the 900 block of Mtn View Ave. Officers processed the vehicle and released it to the owner. Case closed.
THEFT
An employee of a Longmont business located in the 1300 block of Sunset Street reported an incident of theft and forgery. The case status is open and has been forwarded to Detectives for follow up.
On 10-27-17 the Longmont Police investigated a retail theft. The suspect was referred to the Community Restorative Justice Program and the
case is closed.
WARRANT ARREST
On Thursday, 10-26-2017, Longmont Police located an adult male in the 800 blk of Summer Hawk Dr whom had an active Parole violation warrant for his arrest. The male was taken into custody without incident and direct transported to the Boulder County Jail. Cleared by Arrest.
DUI
On October 26th, 2017, Officers were dispatched to the area of Ken Pratt BLVD and South Hover Street on report of a drunk driver. One adult male was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
A Longmont resident in the 1000 block of Button Rock Drive reported a theft from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
VICIOUS DOG
A Longmont man was bitten by a dog in the 1800 block of Sunset Pl. The dog was placed under quarantine.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Friday October 27, 2017 at approximately 1121 hours officers were dispatched to the 1200 block reference a disturbance between a male and a female. An adult male was arrested for domestic violence related harassment and criminal mischief.
On Friday, 10/27/2017 at about 1540 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1600 Blk of Main Street, Longmont CO in reference follow up to a domestic disturbance. This was originally reported to the University of Colorado at Boulder Police Department. No crime was found.
SEX ASSAULT
On Friday 10/27/17, an officer took a report of possible sex assault/ enticement of a child that was reported in Longmont. This case is open and forwarded to Detectives for Follow up.
MISSING PERSON
On 10/27/2017 Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Quail Rd. to the report of a possible suspicious incident. A juvenile female was contacted and was later found to be a missing juvenile out of Fort Collins, CO. The juvenile was released to a parent. A report was taken and the case is closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Friday, 10/27/17 at about 2100 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to the 1000 Blk of 16th Ave.,
Longmont, CO for the report of a suicidal party. The subject was taken to the hospital and placed on an mental health detainer. Case Closed.
