CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 10/28/17, a Longmont resident in the 1000 block of Katy Ln, reported damage to their vehicles tire. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

On 10/28/17, a Longmont resident in the 4000 block of Hawthorne Pl, reported damage to their house. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

On Saturday, October 28, 2017 Longmont Police and Fire responded to the 1000 block of Grant St. on a report of a car on fire. An adult female is suspect. Case open.

On 10/28/17, a Longmont resident in the 2000 block of Ionosphere St., reported damage to their vehicle's tires. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 10-28-17 at 0035 hrs., officers responded to a physical disturbance that was domestic violence related. An adult male resident of Longmont was located and arrested without incident. The matter is cleared by arrest.

On October 27, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 00 block of 9th Ave on a domestic violence-related incident. This case is open.

SHOOTING

On 10/28/17, Officers with the Longmont Police Department witnessed a party shooting a firearm from his vehicle in the 1800 block of Spencer St. The male fought with police but was taken into custody. The adult male possessed a large quantity of cocaine and admitted to shooting his handgun. Case cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On October 28, 2017, the Longmont Police Department responded to an auto theft in the 1200 block of Collyer St. This case is closed.

On 10/28/17, a Longmont resident reported the theft of their vehicle in the area of 8th Ave and Emery St. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, 10/28/2017, Police responded to the 200 block of E 8th Ave, Longmont, CO 80501 and arrested one adult male for an active warrant out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The male was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case closed.

On 10-28-17, an adult male turned himself in at LPD on an outside agency warrant. He was taken to jail and the matter is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, October 28, 2017 at approximately 0220 hours, Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 19th Ave and Main Street, Longmont, CO. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, October 28 2017, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Saint Clair Ave. A 55 year old male claimed a 58 year old female threw a dog at him causing an injury to his face. Probable cause could not be established. The case is closed.

LIQUOR LAW

On Saturday, October 28, 2017, at approximately 1125 hours, Longmont Police were called to the public parking lot in the 300 block of Kimbark St for a woman pouring a beer into a cup, and getting behind the wheel of a car. She was later cited for open container and released on her summons.

SHOPLIFT

On 10/28/2017 at approximately 1307 hours Longmont Officers responded to the 1200 block of S. Hover St. on a theft in progress. Upon arrival

both male parties had left and were not located. Case closed.
