ASSAULT
On 100317, Officers took a report of an assault that occured in the 1700 block of Pace St. An adult male reported being assaulted by four other males. The case is closed.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Tuesday, October 3, 2017, Longmont Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 Block of E Mountain View Ave. The driver, an adult male, was arrested on a warrant and a search of his vehicle was conducted due to the driver's age and marijuana paraphenalia being in plain view. A large quantity of marijuana and marijuana product was found in the vehicle. This case is cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On 10-03-17 a local business reported a burglary with a small amount of petty cash stolen. There were no suspects or evidence, and the case is closed.
FDC/CRIME TRESPASS
On Tuesday October 3, 2017 at approximately 0719 hours, Officer's responded to the 1600 blk of Great Western Dr for the report of a first degree criminal trespass. A report was taken. This case closed.
BURGLARY
On 10-03-17 a local business reported a burglary with a small amount of petty cash stolen. There were no suspects or evidence, and the case is closed.
SEX ASSAULT
On Monday, 10/2/17, Longmont Police took a report of a cold sex assault that occurred in the 1200 block of south Coffman St. The case has been forwarded to Detectives for follow-up.

On Tuesday October 3, 2017 at approximately 0842 hours, Officer's responded to the 1600 blk of Great Western Dr, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado for the report of a first degree criminal trespass. A report was taken, this case is closed.
STABBING
On October 3, 2017 Longmont police responded to the 2100 blk of Gay St on a abandoned backpack that had what appeared to be a blood like substance around it. Through further investigation, an adult male party was contacted a short distance away and was taken to the hospital on what appeared to be self inflicted wounds.
AUTO THEFT
On 10/03/2017 the owner of a green 1998 Lexus ES300 bearing CO. license plate, reported the vehicle had been stolen by a juvenile female family member. The vehicle was entered into CCIC/NCIC as stolen, and the juvenile entered as a runaway.
SEX ASSAULT
Police learned of a possible sexual assault from a local middle school in which a juvenile female disclosed that she was sexually assaulted 4 or 5 years ago by a family friend. The case is referred to detectives for follow up.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Tuesday, 10/3/17, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass and theft which occurred in the 700 Blk. of Rees Ct. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.
ASSAULT
On Tuesday, October 3, 2017, at approximately 1616 hours, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Judson Street on an assault. An adult male suffered minor injures as a result of the assault. A summons was issued and the case is cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On 10/03/2017, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 1200 block of Whitehall Drive reference an unalwful entry into a residence. An adult female was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.
INFORMATION
On October 3, 2017 Officers were dispatched to a protection order violation via phone. A report was taken for information only. Case closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On October 2, 2017 Longmont Police responded to the 20 Blk of Mumford Pl on a potential domestic incident where property was reported to be damaged. Through the investigation no damage was done and no charges were pursued.
WARRANT ARREST
On Monday, October 2, 2017, at approximately 2014 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO on a disturbance call. One adult male was contacted and subsequently arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was booked and later transported to Boulder County Jail.
BURGLARY
On Tuesday, October 3, 2017, Longmont Police investigated multiple business burglaries in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue, Longmont. The case was closed pending suspect information.
PROTECTION ORDER
On October 3, 2017 Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Yeager Dr. in response to a disturbance. A 38 year old male was arrested for a violation of a protection order. Case cleared by arrest.
THEFT
On October 3, 2017 the Longmont Police Department investigated the theft of a package from the front porch of a home in the 1000 block of Redbud Cir. Video surveillance was obtained. This case will be closed until suspect is identified.
AUTO THEFT
On Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at about 1700 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department were dispatched to 2700 Blk of Copper Peak Lane, Longmont, Colorado for the report of a stolen trailer. There is no suspect information at this time. Case closed pending new leads.
